Job purpose:

Experience: 

  • +3 years of experience working for the USA market in digital marketing  and customer service areas
  • 1-3 years of experience in using digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business, etc.)
  •  

Responsibilities:  

  • Digital marketing, SEO, Facebook Campaigns, google ads, etc., design and USA market
  • Creation of a strategic digital marketing plan
  • SEO and SEM management
  • Content creation for Facebook and Instagram
  • Leader in digital strategy with proof of results
  • Implementation of digital advertising/ Google ads
  • Support in design when required.
  • Create, manage, and analyze online marketing campaigns across display, search, affiliates, and social media to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met
  • Manage online marketing campaigns including ad copywriting and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc.
  • Research, collect and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the online marketing campaigns
  • Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends
  • Meet with the clients, understands their needs, and create the strategy with them.

Salary: $4’500.000 COP monthly

Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring! 

Company: Executive Transportation

Salary: $850 USD during probation period (90 days). After it will increase to $1,000 USD.

  • 5 days of PTO after 3 months
  • Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 9am to 6pm CST (30 min break set up each day)
    Internet and computer expenses will be an employee’s responsibilities
  • (2 weeks of paid training Sunday through Thursday 4:00 am to 12:30pm and then you will switch to their regular schedule)

Job purpose:

  • Support the day-to-day operations, focusing on internal/external customer service to deliver the highest level of service that meets and exceeds our department standards and service guarantees.

Experience:  

  • High English level (Well spoken, well written)
  • Any technical degree
    Desirable customer service experience with logistics or transportation.
  • Must live in Medellin or within an hour of Medellin
  • +2 years of customer service experience or Dispatch Experience

Responsibilities:  

  • Take all measures to address customer requests/complaints prior to escalating to Team Lead or Supervisor
    Answers and directs all incoming calls according to established guidelines. Feedback should be accurate and timely to avoid escalations
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance a customer’s experience
  • Provide customer service to English Speakers
  • Basic understanding of GPS tracking, vehicle dispatch operations, and radio communication equipment.

Experience:  

  • Proficiency English level both speaking and writing 

Responsibilities:  

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars 
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings 
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence 
  • Sorts of mail, ensuring that urgent correspondence and time-dated material are prioritized. 
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.

Job purpose:

Agenda management and assistance for the CEO/President and the company’s senior executives.

Executive Assistant possesses structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy, and flexibility to a high-paced deadline-driven organization. In this role, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive-level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department’s activities and goals.

Experience:  

  • 2+ years of executive and administrative support (Desirable remotely)
  • Experience strategically supporting multiple senior leaders  

Responsibilities:  

  • Professional and Personal Calendar management. Maintain complex and detailed calendars with keen attention to detail
  • Keep reminders for the CEO/ Presidents meetings and events
  • Manage and assist the CEO/Presidents projects
  • Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings and events.
  • Ordering and purchasing merchandise on behalf of the CEO/ President and senior executives as requested
  • Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information
  • Create, edit and assist with all the meeting presentations (PowerPoints, PDF, spreadsheets)
  • Arrange travels to ensure consistency in obtaining necessary travel documents including Visa/passport while maintaining expenses/credit card reconciliations necessary
  • Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance of any issues or delays
  • Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including emails, presentations, and reports. Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, format consistency, signatures, and conformance with executive procedures
  • Balance multiple deadlines, schedule appointments, plan leadership meetings, capture and report out meeting minutes and maintain complex and changing calendars
  • Email management, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive matters. Produce high-quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization and external clients.
